Policies
All prices are in US Dollars. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Refund policy
We cannot accept returns for custom-designed products. These items are always a
final sale unless they are damaged in the shipping process, or the wrong product
has been shipped.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from date of purchase on all
standard items. An original or copy of the receipt must be included to process a
return or exchange. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition and in the
original, undamaged packaging. Please note: We can refund shipping costs only if
the return is a result of our error. When returning or exchanging items, the
customer pays for all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
Privacy policy
Your personal information will never be shared with any other company. When you
provide us with your e-mail address, we may contact you to process your order
and provide customer service. All sensitive information, such as credit card and
personal details, is transmitted via a secure server.
Shipping
We ship via UPS and USPS to addresses in the US. Shipping rates are based on
weight and your location. Orders will be shipped within 14 business days. Please
contact us by e-mail or phone for expedited shipping schedules.
